Standard return conditions

When returning a product that you have purchased online at, there are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. return period

Our return deadlines apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or the date of the personal return of the product is valid.

1.1. 30 days return policy for all products purchased from ZuZu.

Subject to the limitations listed below, all products purchased from our store may be returned within 30 calendar days.

2. no right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:

  • Damaged products (with the exception of transport damage).
  • Sunglasses
  • Products that are not in their original packaging, and/or
  • Products that have been used.
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Electronic Software Licenses (ESD)
  • Food
  • When buying or renting cars, electric cars, hybrid cars.
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups:
  • Consumables (toner, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Gesundheits- und Hygieneartikel (Kopfhörer, Rasierapparate, Zahnbürsten usw. sowie Tierkleidung und Tierzubehör).
  • Car seats for children
  • Software with broken seal
  • Books, DVDs
  • Products used for food preparation or storage (blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.)

3. return value

If a product can be returned, the following refund policies apply:

A full refund:

  • The item is in its original unopened, undamaged packaging.
  • Clothes and shoes: refund of the purchase price provided that the following conditions are met: no signs of use, labels on the garment and original packaging present.

Deduction depending on the condition of the product (refund at purchase price - less 20% restocking fee).

  • The product has been opened or used (exceptions: see 2.)

The postage costs for the return of products are always at the expense of the sender.

How to return an item

Send your item back to

To return an item to, log in to your account page with your username and password. If you do not remember your login details, you can request them on the same page.

After you log in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. There, use the Start Refund/Return link next to your purchased product. Fill in the requested details and submit your request. Our team will then review your request and get back to you with further instructions.

Please note that a refund is not possible if you do not comply with the above terms, even if the product was returned to

Refunds (if applicable)

We review all returns before a refund or exchange is issued. will refund you the full purchase price within 30 days of purchase if it is proven to be a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if we approve or deny your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 30 (thirty) days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable).

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sales item (if applicable)

Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please request it through your account page.


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item for more than 25 CHF, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
